Compliance & Operations Officer
Location : Carlisle
Salary : Up to £41,000 per annum + Company Car
Hours : Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Compliance & Operations Officer to ensure that contracted services and facilities operate in full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will monitor performance, address compliance issues, and work collaboratively with contractors and stakeholders to drive service improvements. This role also involves supporting maintenance programmes, managing projects, and deputising for the Contracts Manager when required.
