They specialise in a wide range of building services, including commercial, retail and leisure.About the RoleThe successful candidate will join a growing team and play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include :

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Reviewing tender documents and specifications
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
• Analysing tender returns and proposing cost-saving measures
• Providing commercial advice to the project teamQualifications and Experience :
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or a related field (Desirable)
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction costs and estimating techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
