2 Female Support Workers (Ref : 07 / Beith / BN)

Location : Beith | Rate of Pay : £13.73 / hour

16–18 hours per week per post. Lower hours can be discussed (flexibility required, hours will build up gradually.

Are you caring, reliable, and looking to make a real difference in someone’s life?

We’re looking for two compassionate and flexible female support workers to support a young lady living at home with her parents. She has multiple health conditions and follows a structured daily routine, so reliability, empathy, and attention to detail are a must.

You’ll play a vital role in her day‑to‑day care and wellbeing, while working closely with her family in a respectful and supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Preparing breakfast and lunch
• Administering medication
• Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, applying creams)
• Assisting with her CPAP mask
• Following strict dietary requirements (Level 5 diet – more info at interview)
• Adhering closely to her established routine

What We’re Looking For :

This role will start with a shadowing and training period (provided by the employer) to ensure you feel confident and fully prepared.
