A top firm in Chichester is seeking a technically strong Private Client Lawyer to join their established Private Client department. This role focuses on Wills, Probate, Trusts, LPAs, and later-life planning, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive, client-focused environment with a close-knit team.

The Role

Provide expert advice on Estate Administration, Trusts, Wills, LPAs, and later-life planning.

Manage client and family expectations with sensitivity and professionalism.

Handle complex estates and trusts with precision and care.

Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members.

Contribute to business development and relationship-building within the local market.

The Candidate

5+ PQE Solicitor with experience in Private Client work.

Empathetic and professional when advising vulnerable clients.

Confident managing complex estates and trusts.

Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise workloads under pressure.

Strong communication skills, IT literate, and adaptable to online applications.

Commercially aware, with a network of contacts and a collaborative approach.
