About The Role & Who We’re Scouting

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Sales Centre Representative to join our squad at Leicester City Football Club. As a Sales Centre Representative, you’ll be at the forefront to drive a first-class customer experience with supporters, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Club’s ticketing operations.

Your responsibilities will include undertake tele sales / face-to-face sales of match tickets, Season Tickets, Memberships and other customer-facing products promoted by Leicester City Football Club, not necessarily limited to match days, managing and maintaining any projects presented to you by the Ticketing Manager, and you’ll need to bring a proactive approach to customer care to the table. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a tele sales environment. You’ll need to be computer literate, and to be able to communicate to the highest level, listen, interpret and convey information in a clear and accurate manner, providing timely delivery of information and selecting the most appropriate method of communication. You must demonstrate honesty, integrity, reliability, and possess the ability to ensure confidentiality at all times. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
