Job OverviewWe are seeking dedicated and hardworking Labourers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. • Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Carry out general site maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly.Experience
• Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with construction or manual handling practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and perform manual tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
