Team Leader - Children's Home

Location : Sutton Coldfield

Salary : £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

Position Type : Permanent

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our children's home. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in children's services and preferably hold a Level 3 NVQ in Children's Residential Services. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for the children and young people.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of support staff, providing guidance, supervision, and support.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards, promoting a safe and nurturing environment.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
• Participate in staff recruitment, training, and development activities.
• Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure continuous improvement.
• Handle administrative duties and report preparation as required.
