HR Adviser role at a leading Landscape Architecture studio based in Oxford.

About the role :
We are looking for a standalone HR Adviser to our four friendly UK studios, reporting to the Finance Director and supporting the work of our People & Culture working group, which looks at HR strategically. You will co-ordinate our HR administration and processes, benefits, employee relations, and employee engagement. As the sole HR Adviser for Gillespies you will be supported by an outsourced external consultancy for more complex issues and our experienced studio managers, as well as a skilled and friendly Finance team based in Oxford.
