Motor Finance Specialist

Were seeking an experienced Motor Finance Specialist / Business Manager to join a busy automotive sales department in Hinckley.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UKs fastest-growing car retail operations, supporting customers in securing finance and ensuring a smooth buying journey.

The Role

Act as the finance expert during the customer journey, presenting funding solutions and helping secure approvals.

Manage a pipeline of finance leads and maintain high conversion rates.

Build strong relationships with lenders and stay up-to-date with finance policies.

Advise on products, add-ons, and funding opportunities to maximise income.

Support sales teams in achieving overall department performance targets.

About You

• ? Previous experience in motor finance, F&I, or business management
• ? Strong understanding of FCA regulations and finance compliance
• ? Proven track record of hitting F&I and sales targets
• ? Consultative, professional communication style
• ? Ability to build trust quickly with customers over the phone and in person
• ? Organised, proactive, and target-driven
