Customer Service Apprentice NE1 Full-time (Apprenticeship)  Twin Group are recruiting on behalf of a friendly and professional health group dedicated to providing excellent patient care.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentice to join their team and gain valuable experience in a healthcare setting.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop customer service skills while working towards a recognised qualification.

As a part of the recruitment process, you will be required to undertake a pre-employment training program.

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will be the first point of contact for their patients, providing a welcoming and supportive service at reception and over the phone.

You will gain hands-on experience in a busy healthcare environment while learning about administration, communication, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities  Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner  Answering phone calls and dealing with patient queries efficiently  Booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments using the practice system  Handling prescription requests and liaising with pharmacies  Updating and maintaining accurate patient records  Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as filing and scanning documents  Supporting patients with online services and appointment check-ins  Ensuring patient confidentiality and data protection at all times  What our clients are looking for; A friendly and approachable personality with a strong commitment to customer service  Good communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when required  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail  Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new systems  A positive attitude and a willingness to develop new skills  Qualifications & Experience No previous experience required—full training will be provided  GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are preferred but not essential   A keen interest in working within healthcare and customer service Offered; A fully approved pre-employment training program leading to … A structured apprenticeship programme with full training and support  Hands-on experience in a medical practice  A recognised qualification in customer service upon completion  Opportunities for career progression within the healthcare sector  A friendly and supportive working environment  If you are eager to start a career in customer service within healthcare, we would love to hear from you!  How to Apply Please submit your CV and a cover letter / personal statement   Powered by JazzHR
