Are you passionate about urban planning, sustainable development, and making a positive impact on communities? My client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate Director to join their innovative Planning and Development team in Newcastle.
As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in supporting the planning projects, conducting research, analysing data, and assisting with the preparation of planning documents. You will work closely with the senior planners and project managers to deliver high-quality services to clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct research and analysis to support planning projects
- Assist with the preparation of planning reports, presentations, and documents
- Participate in meetings with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Contribute to the development of planning strategies and recommendations
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
