As Restaurant Manager you are the director of the dining experiencecommanding the floor shaping the mood and ensuring each guests journey unfolds like a scene from bygone years where hospitality was your fist thought as you walk through the doors of Dumbleton Hall. When guests arrive the experience starts and exceeding expectations begins.

Dining at Dumbleton

Our culinary offering completes the grand house-party experience. Seasonal British cooking Cotswold provenance multi-course tasting menus and the warmth of the Cedar Tree Restaurant define our approach. From high teas in the Oak Drawing Room to post-theatre nightcaps in the Library Bar our service is formal in ritual yet unpretentious in feeling.
