Salary : £40,000 – £45,000 Bonus

The OpportunityWe’re working with a leading electronics manufacturer to recruit a Production Engineer. This is a pivotal role where you’ll support both new product introductions (NPI) and ongoing production, ensuring robust processes and smooth delivery in a modern PCB manufacturing environment.

The Role

Take ownership of production engineering processes, with a strong focus on NPI activity.

Develop and implement robust DFM / DFX processes to ensure smooth new product launches.

Review technical requirements during bid / quote phases.

Define, document, and verify detailed process flows for both NPI and production.

Produce technical instructions and develop tooling to support the production process.

Collaborate with production, planning, and quality teams to deliver orders successfully.

Support the introduction of new manufacturing techniques, capital equipment, and test processes.

Liaise directly with customers on production and test requirements, including ICT.
