As an assistant Retrofit Coordinator, youll gain hands-on experience in retrofit coordination, learning directly from experienced professionals while contributing to live projects. This will give you a great insight into the day to day life of a coordinator, and natural progression into more of a senior role.
What youll be doing : Supporting the delivery of retrofit coordination on live projects, ensuring compliance with PAS2035 standards.
Carrying out quality assurance checks on retrofit assessments, designs and installations.
Attending site visits pre, mid- and post-works to assess progress, compliance and quality.
Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Assisting with project documentation, audit trails and reporting for funding applications.
Staying ahead of industry innovations, funding schemes, and policy updates.
Contributing to project reviews and technical meetings, offering insights into retrofit solutions and process improvements.
What were looking for : A full UK driving licence (essential, due to site travel).
Retrofit Coordinator qualification (if you are newly qualified, this is absolutely fine!).
Knowledge of PAS2035 compliance and building regulations.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
Desirable :
Retrofit Assessor qualification
Experience with funding schemes such as SHDF
Familiarity with low-carbon technologies or energy efficiency software.
