Role : Maintenance EngineerLocation : BradfordShifts : Panama days and nights (3o 2o, 2o 2o 3o) – 2 weekends off in 4!Salary : £50,200, Pension Contribution, Private healthcare and overtime paid (1.5x or 2.0x)The CompanyMy client design and manufacture automation for product retrieval and storage systems, they are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the site in Bradford, This site in Bradford is an automated logistics site working with highly automated state of the art equipment that is forever improving, my client have been established in the UK for over 20 years and have gone from strength to strength and their demand has increased massively and will continue to grow with a lot of automated warehouses being increased globally!At this site in Bradford, they are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the site due to a handful of promotions recently – a couple of their team leaders have been promoted, one has moved into a national role and one has moved into a global role within the company, this resulted in a couple of Maintenance Engineers also being internally promoted within the site leaving a vacancy on shift! There is plenty of internal progression opportunities within the company, there is technical progression into specialist roles, projects, installation and more, alternatively there is man management progression route which the company will support and fully back you!The RoleAs a Maintenance Engineer your day to day responsibilities will include : Joining a team of 7 engineers as well as 4 team leaders and a couple of automation assistants allowing you to focus on engineering and continuous improvement rather than removing blocked lines etcYour days will consist of different reactive and PPM tasks provided to you by an Ipad that is provided to help keep tasks logged etcDoing Daily, Weekly and monthly PPMs delegated via the Ipad ensuring that they are logged properly and signed offThere will be an opportunity to look into the continuous improvement with the role and have a look at various projectsElectrically you will be required to work safely, look into isolation, fault finding and swapping like for like componentsMechanically you will be required to remove and replace components, look at pipe work working objects such as hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, bearings belts and moreWorking on highly automated state of the art equipment – including Automated shuttle systems, Some of the latest robotics, Various Conveyor Systems just to name a few!The IndividualWe are looking for a Maintenance Engineer that : Can work as a multi-skilled engineer – working safely electrically and mechanicallyBe confident communicating and working as part of a teamAn Engineer that holds a recognised qualificationPerform independently when required and under pressure in certain scenariosBenefitsAs a Maintenance Engineer you will receive : £50,200 per annum working the Panama shift patternA competitive pension contribution with private health care and many little incentives such as the cycle to work scheme, employee of the month and moreA lot of overtime available on requestOvertime paid at 1.5x or 2.0x on a SundayATA is committed to creating a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunities employer.
