Youll be working alongside a passionate team under the guidance of our Head Chef and Sous Chefs, contributing to a food offering thats fresh, seasonal, and seriously good.

What Youll Do :

• Own Your Section : Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to top-tier standards.
• Ingredient Integrity : Ensure there are no processed foods, additives, or major allergens in your space.
• Efficiency : Help drive kitchen efficiency and minimise waste without compromising on quality.

Communication : Share dietary and allergen information daily...
