Salary : £90-£110 per day

Looking to begin or continue a meaningful career in education? Tradewind Recruitment is working with excellent SEN schools in Northampton that are seeking Level 2 Teaching Assistants to provide classroom and 1 : 1 support to students with additional needs.

This is the perfect role if you're passionate about making a difference and keen to gain or build SEN experience.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

Supporting children 1 : 1 or in small groups under teacher supervision

Helping to deliver structured learning and behaviour support plans

Encouraging participation and independence during lessons

Supporting children with personal care and daily routines if required

Using visual aids, PECS or Makaton (training available if needed)

Promoting a positive and inclusive school culture

Supporting students with Autism, ADHD, speech & language or sensory needsWhat Tradewind Offers :
