Job descriptionLead daily operations and run busy shifts with confidence, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience. Take charge of P&L management, stock control, target achievement, and business reporting. Bring creativity to the table—help make Dirty Martini Bishopsgate the best place to visit and work! Develop, mentor, and inspire a team of hospitality professionals to deliver five-star service. Ensure full compliance with licenses, risk assessments, and health & safety regulations. Manage team rotas and optimise labour efficiency. A first-class knowledge of classic cocktails and a deep passion for mixology. Strong business acumen with experience in financial management and stock control. Outstanding leadership, training, and team-building skills. Sharp problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to challenges. A hands-on attitude—you’re not afraid to jump behind the bar and smash out a dozen Espresso Martinis when needed! Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed.

£55,000 base salary + Bonus (OTE £66,000) + service charge.
