Job descriptionQCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (working towards Level 4 / 5) Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs Strong leadership, communication, and IT skills Passion for person-centred care and empowering others Ability to build relationships with families, professionals, and care teams Commitment to high standards and inclusive practice Support the Registered Manager in daily operations and lead in their absence Supervise and develop care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred support Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with care standards Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for individuals with complex needs Foster strong relationships with staff, supported individuals, and external professionals Job Types : Full-time, Permanent Pay : £36,500.00-£40,000.00 per year Language : English (required) Work Location : In person
We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Assistant Care Manager to support the day-to-day running of our Specialist residential service in Ammanford . You’ll help lead a dedicated team, ensure high standards of care, and support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
