We’re hiring a Commercial Manager for a well-established, employee-owned civils firm delivering infrastructure projects up to £10m across highways, water, and local authority sectors.
You’ll lead on commercial strategy, manage contracts, control costs, and protect margins. You’ll work closely with site teams and senior leadership to keep projects profitable and risks under control.

• Strong experience in civils/groundworks commercial management
• Knowledge of contract law, cost control & risk management
• Civil engineering qualification + CSCS
