Senior Compliance Manager

Job Description

A financial services company is looking to hire a senior compliance manager to ensure the firm operates in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies, especially around financial conduct,and risk management.

As a compliance manager, you will lead the compliance function, providing strategic oversight and practical guidance across the business. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining effective compliance frameworks, monitoring regulatory change, and ensuring that the company meets all obligations under the FCA.

This is a key role where you will work closely with the executive team, offering expert advice and acting as a trusted partner to the business while safeguarding the clients and reputation.

Ideally, you will have a proven track record in a senior compliance role within financial services. You will also have a strong knowledge of relevant regulations and be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.

The role is paying a salary up to £110,000 for the right candidate. There is a benefits package included aswell. Please note the company is based in London
