Contek are recruiting for a CNC Turner to work in an established and very busy company in Bradford.

This role will require you to Program, Set and Operate a CNC Lathe working a variety of components for a variety of industries where you will machining low volume complex components.

• Responsibilities;
• Experience as a CNC Turner - Programming, Setting and Operating lathes using Fanuc / HAAS
• Comfortable working to complex drawings
• Experience working with low volume work with components varying in sizes.
• Ability to work alone and off your own initiative or as a team when needed.
• Some inspection of components to ensure machining processes are being carried out correctly and efficiently.
• Experience required;
• Experience using Fanuc.
• Apprenticeship served or a solid engineering foundation.
• Ability to program without supervision
• Ideally used to machining complex components
