RF/mmW Design Engineer

Contract: Outside IR35, sites UK wide, rates DOE, 3 days on-site Project Scope: Work with project teams to deliver designs on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Support transition from concept and prototyping to production. Collaborate with manufacturing and process teams to ensure product feasibility and reliability. Help identify and mitigate risks throughout the design and development lifecycle. Technical Scope: Lead the design, simulation, and development of high-frequency RF and mmWave circuits and systems. Analyse system performance, optimise designs, and troubleshoot complex issues. Conduct measurements, characterisation, and validation of prototypes and production hardware. Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation, including test reports and design records. Ensure designs meet specifications, standards, and customer expectations.
