Your New Role You’ll be responsible for running projects from start to finish, chairing meetings, preparing specifications, and liaising with contractors to ensure smooth delivery. While the core of the role is contract admin, you may also carry out condition surveys as needed.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading repair and refurbishment projects on existing properties
• Chairing project meetings and managing stakeholder communications
• Preparing detailed specifications and tender documentation
• Liaising with contractors and overseeing project delivery
• Supporting building safety initiatives and compliance
• Working with councils and public sector clients
