About the role
As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will be a strong leader accountable for the effective delivery of complex, high-risk products and services. Able to demonstrate a strong delivery ethic using delivery methodologies through your thinking, processes and actions. The Senior Delivery Manager will be able to apply the appropriate approach to an Initiative / delivery and coach and support squads.
Senior Delivery Managers are responsible for the on time and on cost delivery of the work for their squads & initiatives, ensuring that all parties are aligned & timelines agreed to successfully deliver the agreed business benefits & outcomes for our Customers.
You will be part of a large Delivery Community able to work across any business function, managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, translating between technical and business stakeholders.
The initial engagement resides in the Technology function of our portfolio, experience of running Technology programmes and projects, having a strong technical background would be an advantage for candidates.
In this role, you will build and maintain connected teams of specialists ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and working well.

3rd Stage – A more formal interview which will be competency based.
