Job Title : Children’s Home Registered Manager
Location : Burford, Oxfordshire
Salary : Up to £66,550 per annum (includes base salary, bonuses, and long-term incentives)
Service : Children’s Home
Service Users : YPs with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Home; Number of Beds : 4-5 bed homes
Qualifications Required : Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England), Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)
Experience in Years : Experience managing an Ofsted-rated “Good” or “Outstanding” children’s home
Employment Type : Permanent
