Job Description

We are committed to providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment and are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team.We are seeking a passionate and caring Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2 . The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to provide high-quality support to pupils, ensuring they make excellent progress in all areas of their learning. This begins April 2025.

Duties as KS1 / 2 Teaching Assistant :

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Support individual pupils and small groups with their learning.
• Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Provide additional support for pupils with SEND, where required.
• Assist with the preparation of classroom resources and activities.
• Supervise and support pupils during playtimes and lunchtimes.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to support pupil progress.
