EN Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service experiences. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and processing orders forms applications and requests accurately. You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate team members. Additionally you will provide product and service information to customers and follow up on interactions to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computer systems MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends if required
• Team player with a positive attitude
