Sales Manager - Valves

Due to continued business growth and internal promotions, we are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join a leading International Valve Manufacturer to lead a team of internal sales staff to ensure timely and accurate tenders and quotations for customers.

The successful candidate will be require to manage and coordinate the projects team, ensuring that they have the training and tools to generate quotations and give technical advice to our customers.

Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities :

Objectives :

• Supervise and prepare technical proposals and quotations in-line with company procedures and industry best practice
• Effectively manage contact with customers, external sales and agents to gather market intelligence so as to priortise quotations and target competition
• Identify, qualify, prepare and deliver detailed techno-commercial proposals for OEM projects to the global nuclear market
• Meet and exceed specific Key Performance Indicators set by the Head of Commercial Operations e.g., achieving or exceeding the required bid date and increasing order intake / hit rates
