Need assistance with grocery shopping and errands

I am looking for someone to help me with my weekly grocery shopping and running a few errands around town. I have a list prepared and would appreciate assistance with carrying bags and navigating the stores. Ideally, the helper should be friendly, punctual, and familiar with local shops. This is for a regular weekly appointment, and I would prefer someone reliable and patient. If you have experience with accompanying seniors or people with mobility issues, that would be a plus.
