The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Trade Finance Associate to join this top 50 City of London law firm.

Within this role you will advise a broad range of funders and borrowers on a variety of financing transactions. As well as acting for all the UK clearing banks, a number of other European and investment banks, independent financiers and investment funds on all types of facilities from acquisition finance, leveraged finance and real estate finance to asset based lending, securitisation and debt capital markets.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 1-5 years of PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
