Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Construction Planner to join a dynamic team based in Middlesbrough. This 12-month contract offers a competitive daily rate of up to £700.00. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering planning and will be responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely, on-budget, and quality-compliant project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and Maintain Schedules : Develop and track schedules for contracts, procurement, baselines, and project tracking, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Track Progress : Continuously monitor project progress, identifying potential delays and issues, and proactively proposing corrective measures.
• Stakeholder Communication : Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that projects stay within scope and address any concerns promptly.
• Solution-Oriented Approach : Identify scheduling challenges, risks, and conflicts, offering creative solutions to keep projects on track.
