We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Therapy Assistant, on a 12 month fixed term contract, to help support the provision of a rehabilitation service at Pinetum Nursing Home, based on the Countess of Chester Health Park. You will be part of the Inpatient Frailty Team at the Countess of Chester Hospital who are responsible for the therapy provision for these beds.
We provide therapy to approx. 12 patients who are in NHS funded rehabilitation beds within the care home. You will work in conjunction with the Occupational Therapist, Senior Therapy Assistant and Discharge Co-Ordinator to help achieve timely and safe discharges whilst ensuring patients have the therapy provision to enhance their function.
