Accurately measure and mix raw materials according to specified measurements and components, utilising basic maths skills for precise calculations. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Operator with a Counterbalance FLT Licence to join our clients dynamic team in a technical production and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of production and manufacturing processes, ensuring that batches are mixed efficiently and meet the highest standards of quality.
THE SALARY AND BENEFITS :
- 6-2 / 2-10 rotating
- 06 : 00 - 14 : 00 - £12.50 per hour
- 14 : 00 - 22 : 00 - £15.00 per hour
- Pension scheme of up to 10%
- Extra weeks pay at Christmas
- Breaks are paid.
- Time off in lieu (TOIL) employees can take time off work instead of receiving overtime pay for extra hours worked
- 23 days holiday pay + 6 balance days (extra time off)
- increase in pay once fully trained and competent in the full process
- Temporary to permanent position, you will be given a contract depending on timekeeping, attendance and success.
- 2 week shut down during summer holidays.
