We are on the lookout for an ambitious and driven Estimator who holds extensive knowledge of the residential construction industry.

Due to the continued success of our projects and the expansion of our commercial team, we’re looking for an ambitious Estimator to join and play a key role in shaping our next phase of growth.

The Estimator plays a vital role, focusing on two key areas : securing future projects and building strong relationships. This person not only provides precise cost estimates but also upholds the highest safety and quality standards during procurement. Upholding our core values, they work passionately with the team and approach challenges with a can-do attitude. They take complete ownership of their tasks and foster transparent, loyal relationships with suppliers and clients.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Estimator, extensive knowledge of the residential construction industry
• Proficient with Bluebeam
• Proficient with Excel
• Demonstrate Accuracy in quantity surveying
• Be self-motivated and highly organised
• Be able to work strict deadlines
• Be comfortable in relational verbal communications
