Position : Personal Banker / Financial Solutions Advisor
Type : Part‑time, Contract
Compensation : $100‑$200 / hr
Location : Remote
Requirements
- Several years of hands‑on experience as a Personal Banker, Relationship Banker, Universal / Branch Banker, or Financial Solutions Advisor at a major bank or credit union
- Strong expertise in conducting needs‑based client conversations and matching customers to appropriate banking and basic investment solutions
- Solid understanding of core consumer banking products, including checking and savings accounts, CDs, credit / debit cards, overdraft policies, personal and auto loans, retirement accounts, and digital banking tools
- Demonstrated experience supporting clients with budgeting, expense management, debt payoff strategies, and emergency savings
- Strong personal financial planning knowledge for mass‑market and mid‑market households
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts in clear, empathetic language
- High integrity with a strong compliance and risk management mindset and commitment to client confidentiality
- (Preferred) Experience in a Financial Solutions Advisor or hybrid banking / investments role
- (Preferred) Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., Series 6 / 7 / 63 / 65 / 66, insurance licenses, CFP), active or previously held
- (Preferred) Experience mentoring or coaching bankers on financial conversations or wellness programs
- (Preferred) Familiarity with personal finance apps, digital advice tools, or customer experience design

Review realistic scenarios reflecting in‑branch and digital banking conversations across budgeting, savings, lending, and investing topicsEvaluate AI‑generated financial guidance for suitability, clarity, and practicality for everyday clientsDocument conversation flows, question frameworks, and decision rules used in real client interactionsProvide written feedback to improve explanations, next steps, and trade‑off framing for non‑expert audiencesIdentify compliance and risk considerations, clearly defining when to avoid advice or elevate to specialistsCollaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine AI‑driven financial planning experiencesApplication process :
