Team Lead Electrician Location: Slough (5 days per week on site) Salary: £50,000 per annum Contract: Global brand site About the Role We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Electrician to take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of a small on-site electrical team within a large, high-profile facility. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical expertise with team coordination, compliance, and client engagement. You will lead a team of electricians, allocate and manage workload, ensure jobs are completed within agreed KPIs, and maintain high standards of safety, performance, and service delivery across the site.
