Every day will bring something new. One day you may be managing deliveries, placing orders, or scheduling rotas to ensure operational efficiency. The next day could see you leading team briefings, coaching staff, resolving customer queries, or conducting till spot checks. All the while, you’ll be focused on achieving the bigger goals : maximising sales, minimising costs, ensuring outstanding customer service, and driving operational performance.

This is not a desk-based role — it’s a hands-on manager position where you’ll be expected to lead by example, roll up your sleeves, and get involved in the day-to-day running of the store.
