The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in estimating within the construction or contracting sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, supporting tenders, and working closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, tenders, and quotations.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate take-offs and pricing.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to develop cost-effective solutions.
