Specific accountabilities assigned to the role of Business Process Analyst within the Enterprise Architecture function :
Conducts thorough analysis of end to end processesResponsible for the successful delivery of process improvement projects and CI training and coachingPrepare comprehensive reports reflective of the intended audience that demonstrate sound analysis and recommendations for ExCoEffectively collaborates with senior stakeholders and team leads as well as SMEsTakes ownership for their own learning and development in both technical (e.g. data analysis and critical judgement) and non-technical (self-insight and relationship management) skills of BPM&IKeeps informed of industry trends, market developments, regulatory changes in the public and private sectors, as well as best practices related to CI by attending industry seminars, reading and sharing relevant published articlesRequirements
Knowledge :
Good technical knowledge of all CI toolsWorking experience of End to End process modelling, analysis and relevant tooling, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologyBusiness Process Management tools such as Appian, Bizagi, Pega would be preferableExperience in workflow and process automation.Use of BPMN 2.0Experience in Power BI reporting and use of SharePoint would be preferableExposure to multiple, diverse business domains, and to working with cross-functional teamsSkills :
