Job description
Apprenticeship Officer
Location : West London
Type : Temporary, ongoing
Hourly Rate : £18 - £21
Morgan Hunt is collaborating with a prestigious FE College in West London to recruit an exceptional Apprenticeship Officer. This is a temporary position with the potential for a permanent role.
In this role, you will lead the induction process for apprentices, assigning them to appropriate areas and ensuring both apprentices and employers have a positive experience from initial contact through to enrolment and beyond. You will act as a supportive figure for apprentices, maintaining regular communication with them, their employers, and the training team.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate and oversee an effective sign-up process following confirmation of a viable apprenticeship request from business development.
Ensure employers fulfill their sign-up process requirements and refer any issues back to the apprenticeship team.
Maintain regular contact with apprentices, employers, and training teams throughout the apprenticeship duration, providing feedback and addressing concerns.
Key Requirements :
Knowledge of apprenticeship programs.
Minimum of 4 GCSEs, including Maths and English (grade C or above).
Level 2 or equivalent qualification in business administration and ICT.
Level 3 qualification in business administration.
Understanding of safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
Ability to deliver high-quality service to both employers and applicants.
