Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated Support Practitioner to join a warm, friendly, and person-centred care home in Moray, supporting adults with complex needs.

You'll play a vital role in helping residents live fulfilling lives, providing tailored support with daily routines, health and wellbeing, and personal development.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a residential setting
• Supporting individuals with physical and / or learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
• Promoting independence and choice
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team
• Assisting with daily living, emotional support, and meaningful activities
