The Role
We are seeking a commercially driven, customer-focused Store Manager to deliver operational excellence and drive performance at our Cardiff location.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the store, ensuring KPIs and sales targets are achieved
- Deliver exceptional customer service, leading by example and fostering a client-focused culture
- Assist in training, coaching, and motivating the team to ensure high levels of performance and engagement
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Manage stock levels, deliveries, and inventory processes
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure all health, safety, and operational procedures are followed consistently
