We’re looking for an ambitious individual to join Mitchell & Urwin and develop into our Technical Manager within 24 months.
This is a hands-on, fast-track opportunity to learn directly from our experienced Technical Manager. The role involves producing technical drawings and specifications across our divisions, developing 2D/3D models and supporting BIM adoption, working closely with site teams and clients and progressing into team leadership, including mentoring and managing a CAD Technician
What we’re looking for:
✅ Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, Revit or similar)
✅ Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field
✅ Ambition to grow into a leadership role
✅ Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
