About the Role

As a Front Office Host, you'll be the welcoming face of the Fife Arms, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. You'll be part of a creative, high performing team that takes pride in exceptional service and genuine hospitality.

Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering an outstanding guest journey from check in to check out
• Communicating clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues
• Bringing confidence, personality and warmth to every interaction
• Creating a homely, welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel
• Identifying sales opportunities and making personalised recommendations to enhance each guest's stay

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and eager to grow within a world class environment.

You will bring:

• Experience in a similar role within a luxury or 5 star setting
• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
• Excellent communication, organisation, and emotional intelligence
