Role: Product & Category Manager– Castleford
Salary: £40k to £55K per annum
Working Hours: Monday – Wednesday 8:30-5 office based. Thursday - Friday working from home. 4pm finish Friday.

General overview:
We are seeking an ambitious Product & Category Manager to support the development and commercial performance of our embedded lighting range, with a focus on LED strip lighting and profile systems across kitchen, bedroom, and the wider home environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step up into a broader role, combining commercial ownership, market intelligence and range management. You will work closely with senior stakeholders while taking increasing responsibility for both the product range and its performance in the market.
The role will involve a mix of hands-on product work, category analysis and supplier coordination, with strong support and development opportunities.
