We are currently looking for a part time Health Care Assistant who will be working as a member of the Fenland District Nursing Community Team undertaking delegated duties in order to meet the needs of the needs of the service users.
You will be trained and supervised by registered professionals and will be expected to follow a plan of care based on the specific needs of the service users.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our service providing care in patient’s own homes.

Main duties of the jobAs a Community Health care Assistant you will work closely with the nursing team to follow a plan of care in deliver high quality, best practice care to adults with a range of complex health needs within their own homes.
