About the Role:As a Recovery Worker, you will manage a caseload of service users with drug and alcohol support needs. You will deliver structured, person-centred interventions to support individuals in achieving positive outcomes. The role involves completing assessments, developing tailored recovery plans, and working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
