Job descriptionLead native iOS and Android teams in building scalable, performant applications. Collaborate with Staff Engineers on architecture and technical strategy. Stay ahead of trends in mobile development and tooling. Coach and mentor engineers to grow in their careers. Foster a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous improvement. Play a key role in growing the team — from hiring through to creating a vibrant, ambitious engineering culture. Use data and metrics to drive performance and delivery. Ensure alignment with company strategy and product roadmap. Embrace AI tooling and practices to boost efficiency and reduce operational burden. Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to deliver high-impact mobile experiences. Clearly communicate technical direction and progress to a range of stakeholders. Own platform reliability and oversee incident management and resolution processes. Proven track record managing high-performing mobile engineering teams. Deep understanding of mobile best practices, performance optimisation, and platform guidelines. Strong communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. Data-driven mindset and ability to drive measurable improvements. Passion for developing people and teams. Curious, bold, and comfortable challenging the status quo.

Lead the Mobile Evolution
Mobile is becoming a primary channel in our business strategy, and we’re investing significantly in growing the team. With the mobile architecture now fully modernised and modularised, the stage is set for a period of rapid growth — scaling from around 13 to 30 mobile engineers by the end of the year.
We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to help shape this next chapter : scaling teams, building a high-performance culture, and ensuring our mobile products lead the way in usability, quality, and innovation.

What We're Looking For
We’re committed to modern mobile engineering, using tools and technologies including Swift, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. You’ll be joining a community of 300+ tech experts constantly innovating and pushing boundaries.
