About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Client Engagement Leader with deep expertise in Banking and Data Management to drive successful delivery of complex data-driven initiatives for our financial services clients. In this client-facing leadership role, you will be responsible for managing strategic engagements end-to-end-ensuring delivery excellence, fostering executive relationships, driving business growth, and enabling high-performing global teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Client-Facing Leadership & Growth :

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify opportunities for strategic growth.

Translate business goals into actionable data and digital initiatives that deliver measurable value.

Delivery Oversight & Governance :

Lead the successful execution of large-scale data management, BI / DW, and analytics engagements in the banking sector.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, aligned with client expectations and strategic objectives.

Drive program governance, risk mitigation, and adherence to Agile and / or Waterfall methodologies.

Team Enablement & Communication :
